Works are progressing steadily as we continue to shape your future community.

Construction Update

Stage 17 Civil Works:

  • Lower sub base works now complete
  • Kerb and channel installation underway
  • Base pavement and asphalt works to follow
  • Electrical and communication cabling to commence in the coming months
  • Titles anticipated Q1 2026

Derrimut Road:

  • Roadworks are nearly complete, promising improved access to our Sales Office very soon!
